Quality Policy of Language Center Universitas Sumatera Utara
The Language Center USU, with the Vision of Becoming a Professional Language Service Center,
grows with clients through changes and innovations that are always oriented towards quality and
market needs, making improvements and continuous improvement of the quality management system
and striving to meet client and other requirements. So we are committed:
1. Improve the English language skills of USU lecturers, students, and the academic community
with TOEFL scores above 450 so that they can participate in postgraduate advanced study programs
as well as international discussions or seminars;
2. Providing services to the community by socializing the importance of foreign languages to school students who will continue their studies in higher education;
3. Organizing practical language training;
4. Providing professional language services to the community;
5. Providing solutions to linguistic problems in the community and pioneering training, competency tests, and translations for the USU academic community and the wider community.
6. Carry out service activities according to the required regulations.
The quality policy directs all levels of the company to always focus on customers and corporate culture to ensure consistency in improving the quality of services and products and the performance of the USU Language Center.
