Pusat Bahasa Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has once again achieved a remarkable milestone by obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification from IAPMO Group Indonesia. This accomplishment reflects a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet internationally recognized standards.
This certification is not merely a formality, but a recognition of a consistently implemented and continuously improved quality management system. Through the SNI ISO 9001:2015, all service processes at the USU Language Center are carried out under strict and measurable quality control.
The scope of certified services includes:
Language proficiency testing services such as TOEFL ITP and ECT
Language courses and training programs
Professional translation services
With this certification, every service provided emphasizes professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction through a transparent, effective, and continuously improving system.
The certificate, valid from December 3, 2024 to December 2, 2027, also signifies that the USU Language Center has successfully passed a series of rigorous audits, with the most recent audit conducted on November 4, 2025. This ensures that the implemented quality standards are not only met but consistently enhanced.
This achievement further strengthens the position of the USU Language Center as a leading, reliable language service institution that is ready to compete at both national and global levels.
