USU Language Center Conducts ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance
Medan — The Language Center of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) conducted an ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit on November 4, 2025. This activity reflects the Center’s commitment to maintaining the consistent implementation of quality management standards and continuously improving service quality.
The surveillance included document review, evaluation of service processes, and verification of compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. It also served as an evaluation forum to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen the quality management system at the USU Language Center.
Through this surveillance activity, the USU Language Center reaffirms its commitment to delivering professional, standardized, and customer-oriented services.
