The USU Language Center conducted an Awareness and Documentation Training on the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to enhance operational performance effectively and measurably. The four-day training, held from January 22 to January 25, 2024, was attended by all administrative staff of the Language Center and facilitated by trainers from IAPMO Indonesia, an organization accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN).
